つくば酒朋会が開催されました🍶今回は純米大吟醸酒 山桜桃無濾過・生々、生酛純米大吟醸酒 郷乃譽無濾過・生貯蔵酒を楽しんで頂きました🥂山桜桃無濾過・生々はDomaine de la Romanecontiの共同経営者に一人であったオーヴェル・ド・ヴィレーヌ氏が絶賛したお酒で、同氏がヴィンテージを何度も聞いて来られた程、バランスが素晴らしく、纏まっているきめ細やかな品質の逸品です。生酛郷乃譽は1100年ごろから伝承している生酛で,従来の生酛、山廃系のイメージを覆す商品で、ワイン鑑定家ロバート・パーカー氏がその著書で絶賛した商品です。瑞々しく、滑らかで余韻がとても綺麗で、長い味わいの商品です。
