Yamawatari is a product bearing the first name of Yamada Nishiki. I have brewed it in honor of Mr. Nishiumi , a reformer who worked hard to promote the improvement of Yamada Nishiki. In our company, it is a junmai daiginjo sake made using Yamada Nishiki until the end. It is very clear, and delicate layers are layered to enjoy the smooth and fresh bulge and depth. The scent is modest, so I’m surprised by its silk-like attack. Seafood and Tone also go well together. Satonohomare Akakin won Commended in the International Wine Challenge, and it is very detailed, heavy, layered, elegant, and pleasant to the mouth. It was a very valuable and wonderful experience to be invited to the dinner hosted by Mr. Parker.
