三越百貨店、伊勢丹百貨店の各店様のお客様がPremium Cruiserでお見えになりました。バスの設がファースト・グラス以上、全部で10席しかなく、豊かなひと時を過ごせるシートです。以前よりお聞きはしていまのですが、初めて、拝見しました。
商品は純米大吟醸酒　山桜桃無濾過､生々、生酛純米大吟醸酒　郷乃譽無濾過・生貯蔵酒、純米大吟醸で　郷乃譽無濾過・生々をグラス・
ペアリングと共に楽しんで頂きました。
山桜桃はロマネコンティのオーナーが絶賛した日本初の生酒、とても飲みやすい透明感のあるお酒です。生酛は平安後期から踏襲している継承生酛、ロバート・パーカーがその著書で「ブルゴーニュの白ワイン」と著し、カタドールでは唯一最高金賞を受賞しています。郷乃譽黒金は同じくカタドールで金賞を受賞、とても複雑な味わいとパッション系、アナナス系のかおりがバランスよくエレガントなお酒です。お酒を召し上がらないお客様には3箇所のお茶の産地の茶葉をブレンドした緑茶を召し上がって頂きました。一寸ドロッとしたアタックでとても滑らかに仕上げた緑深い緑茶で、色も素晴らしい色調です。

Yusura is Japan’s first raw sake that the owner of Romane Conti raved about, and it is a very easy-to-drink and transparent sake. The unpasteurized sake was written by Robert Parker, the successor Kimoto that has been followed since the late Heian period, and it is the only one to win the highest gold award in Katador. Satonohomare Black Gold also won the gold award in Katador, and it is a very balanced and elegant sake with a very complex taste, passion system, and annas scent. Customers who did not drink alcohol had green tea blended with tea leaves from 3 tea sources. It is a green green tea with a very smooth finish with a one-inch drop attack, and the color is a great color tone.
