郷乃譽冷やおろし無濾過・生原酒です。日本で初めても冷やおろしです。瑞々しさと滑らかさと後切れがとても綺麗、特に、秋の春の魚介系、野菜系ととても美味しく頂けます。
 弊社故事の冷やおろし、江戸時代、既に、冷やおろしを楽しんでいました。冷やおろしは飽くまでも、生酒の夏越しを気温が下がった頃に生のまま頂く楽しみ方です。日本酒は他の酒類よりもデリケートなお酒、江戸時代から完全な生を夏越しさせていた事に驚くばかりです。故に、夏越しはとても珍重されたそうです。膨らみのあるグラスで、是非、お楽しみください🥂
It is a Junmaidaiginjyo-shu Satonohomare Hiyaoroshi unfiltered Unpasteurized raw sake. It’s cold for the first time in Japan. The freshness, smoothness, and aftertaste are very beautiful, especially autumn and spring seafood and vegetables are very delicious.
In the Edo period, we already enjoyed the cold grater of our company’s story. Even if you are satisfied with cold grated sake, it is a way to enjoy raw sake when the temperature drops in the summer. Sake is more delicate than other liquors, and it is surprising that it has been completely raw since the Edo period. Therefore, it seems that the summer was very precious.
