アオジです。季節によって生息地を変える渡り鳥です。首の所が深い緑色になっています。鳴き声はチッ、チッと鳴きます。今朝はまるで、誘う様に前を歩いて行きます。正確にはホップ、ステップ、ホップの様な歩き方でしょうか。大きさはスズメぐらいでしょうか。こんなに小さな生物が安心して住んで貰える酒蔵の環境であること、その環境を守って来た代々の先祖に感謝しかありません。環境を守るのは大変です。人のため、生物のため、酒造りのために、酒造りの環境のために残して来た土、樹々、水、精神性、哲学、深遠なるあまりにも長い積み重ねが今日の様々な複合的重層的風土を醸成してきました。無くしてしまうのは瞬間ですが、残すのはその本質的価値を体感できる感度が無ければ、恐らくは残すことができなかった筈、その感度を磨き持ち続けてきた口伝の意味の深さに驚愕します。書いたのでは伝えられないという事になりす。研ぎ澄まされた感覚、オリンピック選手がゾーンに入ると、よく聞きますが、近いかも知れません🍶
