第156回「世界のチーズ&日本酒を楽しむ」NHK文化センター日本酒講座のチーズと日本酒です🥂

今日のNHK文化センター日本酒講座、第156回「世界のチーズ&日本酒を愉しむ」のチーズと日本酒。チーズはSAINT-NECTAIRE、COURONNE LOCHOISE。日本酒は弊社が日本で初めてリリースした秋生、純米大吟醸酒 霞山秋生無濾過、純米大吟醸酒 山桜桃秋生無濾過と純米大吟醸酒 郷乃譽無濾過・生貯蔵酒、生酛純米大吟醸酒 郷乃譽無濾過・生貯蔵酒の4アイテムです。AINT-NECTAIREはFermierのAffineです。胡桃の様な香りと共に、口溶けも良く、滑らかです。リンドはアミノ酸の凝縮感も楽しめます。霞山秋生無濾過は滑らかで口中に溶け込む様なアタックと喉越し、山桜桃秋生無濾過はスッと喉を通ってしまうクウォリティ、膨らみと味の余韻が別格です。郷乃譽無濾過・生貯蔵酒は1,980円と言うリーズナブルな商品にも関わらず、クウォリティは高く、滑らかで瑞々しい。生酛は平安後期から伝承して来た伝承生酛、R.パーカーをして、ブルゴーニュの白と書きせしめた逸品、膨らみと瑞々しさ、味の余韻がエレガント。

Despite the reasonable price of 1,980 yen for unfiltered and raw storage sake, the quality is high, smooth and fresh.
