本日の利き酒のスタートは純米大吟醸酒　郷乃譽無濾過・生貯蔵酒、かなりコスパが高く、瑞々しさと味わいの膨らみ、余韻が長く、輪郭がとても綺麗です。2番目は純米大吟醸酒　山桜桃　無濾過・生々、続いて、生酛造り純米酒　郷乃譽無濾過・生貯蔵酒、純米大吟醸鮭　郷乃譽無濾過・生々の4アイテムでした。お料理にとても詳しい方ばかり、お料理は想像で召し上がって頂きました🥂
